Do not return damaged merchandise without contacting our Customer Service Department. Please inspect all contents immediately for damages upon arrival. If contents are damaged, notify our Customer Service by email or text message ( 256-667-1004) no later than five business days following receipt of your order.
What thickness level should I choose?
We currently offer 3 different thickness levels, 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4". Please select the proper thickness to insure sturdiness. 1/8" is best for boxes smaller than 10" overall measurements, 3/16" for 10"-20" overall measurements and 1/4" for anything with measurements larger than 20".
Any complications with your order involving thickness will result in a UPS claim for poor shipping handling but should they deny the claim, you will be responsible for not choosing the appropriate thickness for your order. Thank you!
